This deposit holds your appointment and is subtracted from your total price at the time of your procedure.
All deposits are 100% non refundable.
Rescheduling within 5 days of an appointment will result in the 100% forfeiture of deposit, without exception. You will need to submit a new deposit for the new appointment time.
Rescheduling more than 5 days out from an appointment will transfer the existing deposit to the new appointment at no additional charge.
Cancellations and no shows will not be refunded under any circumstance.
